Last night I went for a run on the Superior Hiking Trail through Bagley and Hartley nature centers. This interesting flower caught my attention just before dusk. I went back the next day to get a better look. While retracing my steps from the night before I found a variation of the same flower and an owl feather.
I did a little research, the flower is a Spotted Coral Root Orchid. I still have to figure out the feather.
